Welcome to TriState Bernedoodle Puppies!

: The Bernedoodle is a cross breed of the Bernese Mountain Dog and the Poodle. It continues to be a rare breed, but, like the Goldendoodle, the Bernedoodle is becoming more popular as a family pet as people find out about it.

The Bernedoodle are generally known to be good around children, therefore the Bernedoodle will be a great addition to have around your family. Although each dog will be unique, temperament can also help dictate each dog breeds' general disposition. The Bernedoodle would be a good fit for owners looking for dogs who are cheerful, intelligent, responsive, and social.

Maintainence: Dogs can be a huge responsibility depending on the frequency of the dogís grooming and/or shedding needs. It is important to be mindful of how much time you want to spend cleaning up the hair or fur that your dog sheds, as well as providing the appropriate amount of hair brushing, haircuts, bathing, trimming, and ear care. The Bernedoodle requires average shedding and moderate grooming.

The Bernedoodle has an average height of 18.75 inches, which is below average compared to all other dog breeds. Therefore, the Bernedoodle is ideal for owners who live in smaller homes (e.g. a city apartment). Smaller dogs, like the Bernedoodle, are also more travel friendly and do not require as much food as bigger dogs.

The Bernedoodle has an average lifespan of 10 to 15 years, which is average compared to all other dog breeds. Therefore, the Bernedoodle is ideal for people looking for a shorter-term financial and emotional commitment in a canine companion.

Hi Loretta! I just wanted to send you one of my favorite pictures! We renamed him Luca and he is getting to learn his new name pretty quickly. Today we took him to a street market and I'm not exaggerating when I say we were stopped every two minutes by people asking what kind of dog he is and telling me he is the cutest thing they have ever seen! He is the most popular dog in Tampa by far! Thanks again for my sweet pup!

Hi Loretta!!! He is great!!!! In his terrible twoís puppy stage and loves eating all of my socks! But you canít be mad at those eyes he has. I havenít weighed him in a little while but by now he is probably a little over 60 pounds. I canít hold him now on our scale so he is getting up there. He loves loves loves dogs and people. We go to the dog park every day and loves to run. Whenever we go on walks people yell out of their cars asking what type of dog he is. Iím so close to just making a shirt that says he is a bernedoodle because it is out of control!! Here are some pictures! He is quite photogenic :))
I donít have too many of just him, everyone wants a picture WITH him haha my family loves him almost as much as me.
Hope everything going well! I still visit your website often seeing if you have any litters coming up!

Hello from Central Pennsylvania, home of the dearest Bernedoodle ever, Brody.  Just an update on how things are progressing.  Brody is currently 11 weeks and is doing great.  He loves strangers and other dogs alike.  By the 10th week, he was mostly house trained.  He also sits, stays, lays down, shakes and is almost able to roll over though he stops half way so it may have to become a play-dead trick.  He’s been to his first puppy bath and a second bath with clipping which he didn’t mind one bit.  His transition to home was pretty easy. The first night, he cried for a few minutes but not since.  From all of us here as well his new admirers in the neighborhood, we wanted to thank the Yoder family for this blessing. Brian

Hi Loretta,
First - we want to say "Thank You" for all the assistance you provided with helping make sure we picked out the absolute perfect puppy for us.
We cannot even begin to tell you how pleased we are with Norman (formerly known as Cotton).
He is everything you told us he would be and much, much more.
Norman is smart and easy to train. He is calm and gentle.  But most of all he is a big goof-ball that thrives on love and attention.
We have the feeling that he is going to be a big boy.  He weighed in at 50 lbs at his last vet visit when he was 5 months old.
Norman has a very non-traditional look for a Tri-Colored Sable as he has green eyes and a light nose, but we think he is very handsome.
Thank you again for helping us bring this sweet boy into our home and feel free to stay up-to-date with his latest photos on Norman’s Instagram page: Norman_the_Bernedoodle

Hello from Richmond, VA.My wife and I purchased two brothers, a brown and white named Captian and a black and white named Chief. I bring them to my office every week. they do fantastically with other dogs and are so excited by people. Their tails are always up and they are very happy dogs. they are pictured at 18 weeks. My wife works very long hours and the boys are so excited when she comes home . They love to cuddle with us and act like gigantic lap dogs. They are cute, smart and loving towards us and each other. We could not have asked for a better duo. We are considering a third bernedoodle in the future!
She’s perfect!  She’s both an angel puppy and a monster child.  She is the happiest, sweetest, funniest, and cuddliest thing ever.  She is very smart, but of course in a very mischievous way.

Everyone in the neighborhood loves her.  She is so popular at the dog park.  She gets along great with big dogs, little dogs, and every owner.

Abby may be the cutest animal on earth.  The other day I was walking her and someone stopped their car, rolled down their window, and said “that is literally the cutest dog I have ever seen.”  This has happened four times.  She is about 60 pounds at 9 months, so she isn’t excessively enormous (although she’s still growing).  Of course she still thinks she’s a lap dog!
Hi there, i'm a puppy from sophie's litter on 2/18/19. you probably remember me better as snuggles happy to report that im a whopping 60 ibs and continue to grow. heres a picture of me leaving my grooming appointment , i'm the center of my mom and dad's universe and absolutely love my parents!
He's seriously the best dog ever , its absolutely insane how smart he is and his good temperament . people are constantly asking us where we got him!!
We are having problems with emailing through our website. If you have questions email us directly at tristatebernedoodles@gmail.com Thanks!
